A Louis Trichardt family is threatening legal action against the Limpopo Department of Health and the Louis Trichardt Memorial Hospital for alleged medical negligence, following the death of 49-year-old Esmé Coetzee. The Department, however, says that internal review processes are under way to determine what exactly happened and has cautioned against pre-empting the outcome of these enquiries.
