The preliminary investigation report of the South African Civil Aviation Authority (SACAA) into the death of Musina pilot 51-year-old Gerhard Minnaar has been released. Minnaar crashed his aircraft near Hanglip in the Soutpansberg mountains just outside Louis Trichardt in October last year.
