A long-standing dispute over raw sewage pollution affecting a Limpopo farm has been resolved in the Polokwane High Court, with the Vhembe District Municipality (VDM) agreeing to undertake significant repairs and maintenance of a sewerage pipeline and plant. The settlement agreement, reached between H Schoeman Investments CC and the Vhembe District Municipality was officially made an order of the High Court on 29 August.
