Ms Leigh Bristow, a founder of the Sumbandila Scholarship and Ridgeway College in Louis Trichardt, is once more taking part in the Cash and Rocket Tour this year.

The Cash & Rocket tour is about inspiring woman getting on the road together to raise funds for charity. Last year, Bristow was honoured to be part of the Cash and Rocket race from Venice to Geneva and Paris and ending in London.

Although it sounds extraordinary that one might be funding women driving around in luxury cars, none of the funds raised go towards this endeavour. The women pay for their own trips entirely, but in Bristow’s case, all the money raised during the race goes towards the Sumbandila Scholarship.
